If you have money in the MKC model portfolios, you will know Trevor and may well have met him at one of the investor meetings we hold each year. Irrespective of whether you have money in our model portfolios, we thought you might find it interesting to know a bit more about him.
A few facts about Trevor:
Trevor has over 30 years’ experience of investment markets and financial advice.
Prior to joining MKC Wealth he was a bond broker for 25 years. Although based mainly in London this included periods working in both New York and Frankfurt.
He was a client of MKC Wealth for over 10 years before joining the firm in 2015. He is still fully invested in the MKC Invest portfolios.
He worked initially as an adviser and investment manager and holds qualifications in both roles
His role within MKC Wealth evolved as he focused more on the portfolios and he became full-time investment manager at MKC Invest in 2021.
This background has given a good understanding of clients needs and concerns, which are always at the forefront of how the portfolios are constructed.
He researches the funds held in the portfolios extensively and meets with the managers on a regular basis.
He lives in Chislehurst with Abi, his wife. They have two sons, one at Leeds University and the other just starting a career in the city.
He is a former rugby player who now spends match days criticising from the safety of the touch line.
