What it aims to provide
The Cleaner Future range is designed to provide long-term capital growth while focusing on funds that are reducing their exposure to companies with significant greenhouse gas emissions.
We believe this approach offers a clear and transparent alternative to many “green” portfolios currently available.
How we build it
With the support of our research partner, Dorey Financial Modelling, we review a broad range of investment funds available to UK investors and identify those whose holdings and mandates appear most aligned with reducing exposure to greenhouse gas emissions.
From this universe, we create a shortlist of funds for further analysis.
Dorey then conducts detailed research on the underlying holdings of these funds to verify the initial screening. We also apply additional analysis and data to further assess exposure to companies with high levels of greenhouse gas emissions.
This process produces a refined selection of funds that we believe are meaningfully reducing their exposure to companies with higher levels of greenhouse gas emissions. From this group, we select the funds we believe have the potential to meet the portfolio’s objectives.
